- Submission and filing of all City permit requirements
- Kern Parade management that will guide an appropriate route, staging location, and timing that meets all city requirements.
- Booking of New Orleans Police Department to escort floats and operate a safe event with rolling street closures.
- Providing floats of appropriate size that meet city requirements
- Optional custom signage, props, banners,
- Optional services of providing costumes, entertainers, brass bands, marching bands
- Optional Beads and throws to excite and entertain the crowds.
